General Terms & Conditions
We have a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to us is confidential. We will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and due to the nature of manufacture, shades of colour may vary from the samples shown. In particular colours on computer screens can vary enormously, please enquire about samples, if the colour required is specific.
We have no minimum order charge and packing & delivery is £5 to the U.K. mainland. (There is no carriage charge for sample packs). Our standard production time for order is 7 working days. Please ensure all deliveries are checked promptly on receipt. Claims for any errors must be made in writing to our head office address within 7 days of receipt as mistakes cannot be rectified after this period. diyinvitations.co.uk is a trading name of Wedding World Wales Ltd. Porth Street, Porth, CF39 9SA. Products, designs and prices are subject to availability and may be revised or withdrawn.
Logos and designs may be subject to copyright and and they should note be reproduced or copied in any way. Our folding blanks will usually show our company logo “diyinvitations.co.uk” or “weddingworldwales” on the back page. Orders are not subject to customer cancellation and monies are not refundable or transferable.
